Introduction:
The filled bottle coming with cap chute and pick up cap with the cap comes on an in-feed conveyor where the cap is tightened by 6/8 roller wheel pairs of rollers while it is being held by the gripping belt, The linear screw capping machine meets GMP standard, no need to change parts, easy to adjust. with 2 sets of bottle nipping and annular belt structure, Good effect for some bottles erecting unsteadily. Cap sorter, conveyor, capping machine and bottle clamping belt can separately frequency conversion applicable for allowed various capping range. protecting door may optional which guarantees more safe and environmental.
